Project Engineer / Site Engineer / Project Coordinator (Prestressing & Structural Solutions)
Job Summary
We re seeking a motivated engineer to support project delivery on bridge and high-rise construction works. You ll assist in site coordination scheduling subcontractor management and reporting ensuring smooth execution on-site while gaining valuable exposure to specialist civil and structural projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager with day-to-day site coordination and planning
Monitor site progress schedules and ensure timely reporting to HQ
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and labour deployment
Prepare and manage site documentation records and reports
Resolve site-level challenges and ensure smooth execution on the ground
Uphold safety quality and compliance standards at all times
Requirements
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
3 years site experience in bridges or building construction preferred
Strong interpersonal problem-solving and communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Open to engineers with a passion for civil & structural works
