Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Statistics or a related field. Masters degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years proven experience in data analytics statistical modelling and reporting.
- Proficiency in statistical tools and programming languages (e.g. SPSS STATA MS Excel R and Python).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Social Sciences or a related field. Masters degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a busy research environment preferably in a research firm.
- Proven experience in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent project management problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Additional Information :
This job is full time job and the applicant must be willing to work outside of the country.
