Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize video ideas and storyboards.
Plan video shoots including location scouting scheduling and equipment preparation.
Coordinate with talent crew and other stakeholders before shoots.
Production
Operate professional cameras lighting and audio equipment during shoots.
Direct talent and ensure the desired style tone and messaging are achieved.
Capture b-roll behind-the-scenes and supplementary footage as needed.
Post-Production
Edit raw footage into polished videos using standard editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro FilmoraAfter Effects).
Apply motion graphics color grading and sound mixing to enhance visual quality.
Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms (social media websites ads events).
General
Stay updated on video trends technology and industry best practices.
Manage and maintain video equipment in good working condition.
Archive and organize video assets for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a professional Videographer with a strong portfolio of previous work.
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro After Effects).
Strong understanding of camera operation composition lighting and sound.
Creativity and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Knowledge of social media content optimization.
Work Environment
Indoor/Outdoor filming depending on project requirements
May require travel to multiple locations.
