Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Onboarding and Implementation Specialist to drive onboarding for Enterprise customers ensuring smooth transitions and high this role you will analyze customer needs provide product expertise and deliver tailored solutions. This position combines technical acumen and strategic thinking working closely with Sales and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions and organize plan create and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations.

  • Ensure solutions stated in the Statement of Work (SOW) follow best practices and align with client requirements.

  • Manage the sales bid process by responding to RFIs and RFPs.

  • Work closely with Sales teams to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.

  • Liaise with Product Managers to provide client feedback on product requirements.

  • Stay updated on market trends competitor landscape and product innovations.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zoho.

  • Administer onboarding and product implementation support for new and existing clients ensuring:

    • Proper documentation of solution configurations.

    • Capturing of diagrams and solution architecture for future reference.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects to design solutions that align with SMS-Magic s product and business requirements.

  • Provide input on Salesforce configuration and customization to align with SMS-Magic s needs.

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration including:

    • Creating Flows

    • Optimizing Page Layouts

    • Implementing Customizations to enhance user experience and business processes

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing to respond to technical RFI/RFP questions.

  • Contribute to the creation of product training and documentation materials.

  • Demonstrate expertise in learning validation and online proctoring solutions while influencing customer technical requirements.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and product innovations through ongoing training seminars and certifications.

  • Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus.

  • Success in this role will require strong business acumen and a passion for driving operational excellence.



Security-Integrated and Performance Testing OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities Compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) Security automation practices, Automate vulnerability scanning in build/release pipelines. Implement security testing tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA) within CI/CD. Manage performance benchmarking, load/stress testing, and security validations using industry tools and practices. CI/CD & Automation Lead test automation efforts integrated into DevSecOps pipelines (e.g., using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions). Ensure security checkpoints in pipeline stages. Partner with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration, infrastructure readiness, and shift-left testing. Drive automated testing initiatives (UI, API, regression) and ensure continuous improvement in test coverage. Testing Expertise and Strategies Strategize and drive the QA roadmap aligned with business goals and product delivery timelines. Lead a cross-functional QA team (manual, automation, DevOps, performance) and manage their day-to-day deliverables. Design, implement, and enforce standard QA processes, templates, and tools across teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Own and manage all test phases: unit testing, integration testing, system testing, regression, UAT, and post-deployment validation. Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to analyze requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure testability Conduct risk-based testing to prioritize critical areas during tight delivery windows. Handle resource planning, hiring, mentoring, and performance reviews for the QA team. Prepare and present QA dashboards, test metrics, and release readiness reports to leadership. Ensure defect prevention through root cause analysis and retrospectives. Required Qualifications: 11+ years of total QA experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role and 5+ experience in automation, minimum 3 Year Exp in dev Sec OPS. Strong experience with manual testing, API testing, and test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress). Hands-on exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD environments. Experience in non-functional testing such as performance and basic security validations. Proven ability to lead teams and manage QA for multiple parallel projects. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills. Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Education

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. ISTQB or other relevant certifications. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and tool integration
