Job Description
About the Role: Were seeking a talented Process Analyst to join our Healthcare Automation this role youll analyze complex healthcare processes identify automation opportunities and help develop innovative RPA solutions (UI Path) that transform healthcare operations.
What Youll Do:
- Conduct detailed process analysis and documentation of healthcare workflows
- Collaborate with healthcare clients to gather requirements and understand pain points
- Create process maps data flow diagrams and detailed documentation
- Identify and quantify automation opportunities with clear ROI calculations
- Work closely with RPA developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop business cases and value propositions for automation initiatives
- Guide process standardization and optimization efforts
- Support implementation and change management activities
What Youll Need:
- 10 years of experience in process analysis or business analysis healthcare experience preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations
- Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath preferred) and automation concepts
- Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare certifications (CRCR RHIA) or RPA certifications
- Experience with healthcare systems (Epic Cerner etc.)
- Understanding of healthcare standards (HL7 FHIR EDI)
- Project management experience
