You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and an opportunity to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. You will support our recruiters in sourcing screening and hiring top talent for various roles across the organization.
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
Source candidates through databases LinkedIn job boards and employee referrals
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking systems
Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
Assist with onboarding activities as needed
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Real-world experience in full-cycle recruitment
Exposure to modern HR tools and best practices
