Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst (Fresher) with excellent presentation and communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering and interpreting business requirements collaborating with cross-functional teams and recommending solutions to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering:
  • Work closely with business units to elicit document and validate business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
2. Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through business process mapping.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
3. Reporting and Presentations:
  • Design and develop reports presentations and visualizations to communicate key business metrics and trends.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences conveying complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with various departments including Government verticals also finance marketing and operations to gather and analyze data relevant to their respective functions and hierarchy.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and basic understanding of data tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau preferred).
  • Freshers are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
