Job Description
- Work closely with business units to elicit document and validate business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through business process mapping.
- Recommend and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Design and develop reports presentations and visualizations to communicate key business metrics and trends.
- Deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences conveying complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collaborate with various departments including Government verticals also finance marketing and operations to gather and analyze data relevant to their respective functions and hierarchy.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelors Preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and basic understanding of data tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau preferred).
- Freshers are preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
