Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Qatar
Industry: Oil & Gas (Field Work)
Salary: QAR 1200 (Basic) QAR 1000 (Allowances) QAR 2200/month
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in HVAC or Mechanical
Experience Required: Minimum 8 Years (India or Gulf)

Nationalities Preferred: Indian/Gulf Experienced
Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled HVAC Technician for an Oil & Gas field project in Qatar. The candidate must have 8 years of proven experience in HVAC systems including chillers VRF/VRV systems DX package units and split units. Strong troubleshooting and maintenance abilities are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate maintain and troubleshoot Chiller and VRF/VRV systems

Perform service and repair work on DX package and split units
-
Skilled in copper pipe brazing pressure testing and leak repair
-
Diagnose and fix mechanical and basic electrical issues
-
Read and interpret HVAC schematics and control diagrams
-
Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs efficiently
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards and PTW procedures
-
Use basic computer skills for permit to work (PTW) systems and reporting
Requirements:

Diploma or ITI certification in HVAC Mechanical or related trade

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems (Gulf or India)

Expertise in field maintenance and troubleshooting

Strong knowledge of chillers VRF and copper brazing techniques

Basic electrical fault-finding and repair skills
-
Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW) systems
-
Physically fit adaptable and capable of working in remote field locations
