What Youll Do

• Lead the design and development of high-performance cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.

• Collaborate with product managers designers and backend engineers to deliver feature-rich applications.

• Drive end-to-end app lifecycle from requirements coding testing deployment to maintenance.

• Ensure best practices in performance optimization state management and clean architecture.

• Integrate APIs cloud services (Firebase/AWS) and third-party libraries.

• Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of technical excellence.

• Stay updated with latest mobile development trends and bring innovative solutions to the team.

What Were Looking For

25years of hands-on experience in mobile app development with strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.
Proven track record of delivering live apps on Play Store / App Store.
Strong understanding of state management (Provider Bloc GetX Riverpod etc.).
Solid grasp of REST APIs JSON push notifications Firebase and cloud messaging.
Good knowledge of mobile UI/UX guidelines and experience in building pixel-perfect interfaces.
Familiarity with Git / version control.
Problem-solver with attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Good to Have

Knowledge of native Android/iOS development.
Experience in team mentoring / leading small teams.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
