Job Description:
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the sales team including preparing and organizing documents reports and presentations.
Manage and maintain the sales teams calendars appointments and travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales-related documentation.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the sales team customers and other internal departments.
Ensure timely and effective communication between team members.
Coordinate meetings conference calls and follow-up on action items.
Order Processing and Tracking:
Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Track and monitor order status ensuring on-time delivery.
Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to manage stock levels.
Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
Work closely with the customer support team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Data Management:
Maintain and update the sales database ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Generate and analyze sales reports as needed.
Sales Team Support:
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
Support the onboarding process for new sales team members.
Requirements
Graduate with good communication skills in both English and Tamil. positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must.
