Job Description:
Take care of End-to-end development of candidate over the subject
Keep record of daily class attendance & monitor class progress
Conduct theory & practice sessions along with field visits
Submit all reports timely to center head and training delivery team
communicate timely with center manager and training delivery team
Effective delivery of training both theoretical and practical.
Ensuring the 100% attendance of the batch
Ensuring the optimum number of passing percentage
Taking effective participation in placement.
Guide mobilizers to enrol the right candidate.

Good Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge and Ability to use different training methodologies aligned
with audience profile
Presentable Motivator and good leadership skills
Good people management and interpersonal skills
Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
An ability to manage the full training cycle

Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role. Strong research skills and proficiency in using lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients. Familiarity with CRM software and email automation tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Preferred Skills Experience with B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting. Knowledge of digital marketing and lead nurturing strategies. Ability to analyze lead data and adjust strategies accordingly.
