Job Summary
Core Responsibilities
1. Community Outreach & Brand Visibility
Build strong connections with community and influencers in Varachha and the surrounding areas
Design and implement outreach campaigns for awareness door-to-door parent groups community events school expos
Identify and coordinate participation in local education fairs parenting events or city-wide showcases
Maintain and grow the database of prospective parents influencers and feeder networks
Represent the school in the community with warmth and professionalism
2. Marketing Coordination (with Agency/Partners/School Admissions Team)
Act as the liaison between school leadership and external marketing/PR/design agencies
Coordinate the execution of campaigns print digital OOH activations
Track campaign performance budgets and timelines
Support the creation of outreach materials flyers posters standees presentations
Identify media opportunities local publications Gujarati-language channels radio etc.
3. Admissions & Parent Engagement Support (Pre-launch)
Support the admissions team by helping conduct school tours orientation events and info sessions
Assist with tracking enquiries managing CRM tools (with training) and ensuring timely follow-ups
Build early parent relationships act as a warm informed first point of contact
Help plan and execute open houses and parent gatherings
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. Should have worked in a similar role in a school or college/university or with a background in hospitality.
