Job Description
Job Title: Backend & DevOps Engineer
Location: Surat (Onsite)
Experience: 2 Years
About the Role
We re looking for a Backend & DevOps Engineer to design build and scale real-time infrastructure powering global communication. You ll work on distributed microservices low-latency APIs cloud-native systems and production-grade DevOps pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Build fault-tolerant services (WebRTC SFU TURN/STUN analytics pipelines)
- Develop RESTful & WebSocket APIs with ultra-low latency
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP Kubernetes Docker)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines monitoring logging and observability
- Optimize databases (PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis) for scale
Requirements
- 2 years backend development & DevOps experience
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP DNS HTTP/2 WebRTC)
- Hands-on with AWS/GCP Kubernetes Terraform Helm
- Proficiency in with observability tools (Prometheus Grafana OpenTelemetry)
- Linux proficiency & Git-based workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with SIP RTP/RTCP GStreamer FFmpeg
- Open-source contributions or SRE practices
Tech Stack: Golang Python PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis Kubernetes Docker AWS GCP Terraform Helm Prometheus Grafana OpenTelemetry WebRTC
