UI/UX Full-Stack Developer

The ideal candidate is skilled in both front-end and backend development with a strong eye for detail and the ability to faithfully implement designs while connecting them to real data and business logic. You ll work closely with HEROIC s designers backend engineers and product managers to deliver clean responsive and secure applications.

This position is remote and operates on India Standard Time (IST) starting at 9:00 AM and extending into the evening/night to align with U.S. team collaboration when needed. Expected time allocation: 70% coding/implementation 20% backend integration 10% communication & collaboration.

What you will do:

• Implement designs from our UI/UX Designer and UI specifications into HEROIC s SaaS applications while following requirements and documentation.
  

• Develop responsive accessible and optimized front-end components with HTML CSS/SCSS JavaScript ( or similar) and Livewire.
  

• Integrate front-end components with backend systems using Laravel REST APIs and databases
  

• Ensure pixel-perfect accuracy with designs while maintaining performance and scalability and going above and beyond to ask questions about implementations and potential issues.
  

• Collaborate with backend engineers to structure APIs controllers and logic
  

• Write clean reusable well-documented code following HEROIC s coding and security standards
  

• Use AI development tools (GitHub Copilot Cursor ChatGPT etc.) to improve speed and reduce bugs.
  

• Test across devices and browsers to ensure high-quality consistent user experiences that follow the designs.
  

• Participate in daily standups sprint planning and release reviews when needed.
  

• Begin available to answer and help occasionally after hours for US team members.
  

• Stay updated with UI/UX best practices Laravel ecosystem updates and security requirements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
  

• Minimum 5 years of professional development experience with strong front-end focus and backend capability
  

• Expertise in HTML5 CSS3/SCSS JavaScript ( React or similar)
  

• Proficiency in Laravel (Blade templates controllers Eloquent ORM)
  

• Strong experience integrating front-end with backend APIs and databases (MySQL/Postgres)
  

• Familiarity with responsive design accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA) and performance optimization
  

• Comfortable with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines
  

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  

• Ability to work 9:00 AM IST with flexibility to extend into evenings for U.S. overlap
