- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on SAP FICO (GL AP AR AA CO modules) with hands-on demos in S/4HANA.
- Develop training materials assignments case studies and real-time project scenarios.
- Provide guidance and clarification on SAP best practices configurations and business processes.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and assessments to evaluate learning progress.
- Offer career guidance and mentorship to learners.
- Stay updated on new features in SAP S/4HANA releases.
- Minimum 8 years of SAP FICO experience including at least 2 years on S/4HANA
- Strong knowledge of FICO integration with MM SD and other modules.
- Prior training or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle online training tools (Zoom MS Teams etc.).
