Job Description
Experience: 5
Location: Pune
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define track and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for broadband service quality and operations
- Design develop and maintain dashboards to monitor system performance and support data-driven decision making
- Analyze broadband operational data using SQL to uncover trends identify anomalies and generate actionable insights
- Leverage domain knowledge of broadband systems to assess the impact of KPIs on network quality and end-user experience
- Support go/no-go decisions for new feature rollouts and software deployments with data-backed assessments
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into field anomalies or service issues and produce clear data-driven recommendations
- Translate technical performance indicators into meaningful business insights to drive operational and customer experience improvements
