Job Title: ITIL 4 Foundation Certified Professional
We are looking for an ITIL 4 Foundation Certified Professional to support IT service management processes and ensure efficient service delivery aligned with business objectives. The candidate will help design implement and manage ITIL-based frameworks to improve IT operations incident resolution and service quality.
ITIL 4 Foundation Certification mandatory
IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools
Incident Problem and Change Management
Service Desk Operations & SLA Management
Knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow BMC Remedy or Jira Service Management
Stakeholder Communication and reporting skills
Process Improvement and Root Cause Analysis
Basic technical knowledge of infrastructure and applications (preferred)
