Job Summary
What Youll Do -
- Be the go-to contact for investors and clients on all transfer agency matters.
- Process investor transactions - subscriptions redemptions transfers - with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance by reviewing KYC/AML documentation and liaising with relevant teams.
- Keep records flawless by maintaining up to date shareholder registers.
- Support reporting & projects contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in TA operations.
Qualifications :
- Experience in Transfer Agency Fund Administration and Anti-Money Laundering.
- A client-first mindset with a self starter personality and strong communication / problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
