IT Specialist
Ungasan Badung Bali On-site PT Wine Adore Indonesia
Wine Adore Indonesia a leading distributor of premium Portuguese wines is seeking a motivated and skilled IT Specialist to join our growing team in Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations supporting business systems and helping the company scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for company systems and employees
- Manage and maintain hardware software and network infrastructure
- Ensure data security backups and system reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Collaborate with different departments to improve workflows through technology
- Support the integration and optimization of business tools (Zoho CRM ERP e-commerce platforms)
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen or permanent resident
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
- 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of networking troubleshooting and IT security
- Familiarity with cloud systems ERP/CRM or e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication skills problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate
