Job Description

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic multinational company We are currently seeking a General Manager Assistant to join our team and support our General Manager in overseeing the operations of our organization.

Position Overview:

As the General Manager Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations coordinating projects and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior executives gain exposure to various business functions and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager including managing calendars scheduling meetings making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing reports presentations and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Uploading contracts in contract approval system due diligence for new/current suppliers preparation of new suppliers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the General Manager and various departments within the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of projects.
  • Arrange affiliate events such as Cycle meetings AMT meetings Year-end meetings etc - Correspondence with suppliers with hotels private venues conference centers.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree business administration preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English language native Hungarian language.
  • At least 3 years experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role gained at a multinational company.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
