- Design and implement innovative community engagement strategies for HK jobseekers
- Develop content plans that address the unique needs of diverse industry sectors across HK
- Collaborate with SEEKs cross-functional teams including Product UX Marketing to enhance platform features based on community feedback
- Create and execute virtual and in-person community events that foster meaningful professional connections
- Establish partnerships with industry bodies educational institutions and thought leaders across HK
- Analyze engagement metrics to continuously refine our community strategy
- Champion our communitys voice within the organization to drive product improvements
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Digital Media or related field 5 years experience in community management preferably in the HK market
- Demonstrated success in building engaged digital communities from the ground up
- Strong understanding of Hong Kongs professional landscape
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Data-driven approach to community development and growth
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills and passion for connecting professionals
