Job Description
Job Purpose:
- To provide compassionate high-quality personal care and support to a female service user during a single shift. The role requires a professional respectful approach that promotes the dignity independence and well-being of the individual.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care tasks including washing dressing toileting and grooming.
Support with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment if needed.
Assist with meal preparation feeding and hydration.
Provide companionship and emotional support throughout the shift.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the client s immediate environment.
Monitor and record any changes in the client s condition reporting concerns promptly.
Adhere to the care plan and instructions provided by the care manager or family.
Requirements:
Female This role is restricted to female applicants only due to the personal care needs of the client in line with the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9 Paragraph 1).
Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Respect for confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Compassionate reliable and patient.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- The shift is 10 Hours (22:00 - 08:00)
