Job Description
Coders Connect are partnering with Sanofi
Sanofi is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on human health. Through science and technology they deliver life-changing medicines and vaccines to fight pain ease suffering and improve lives. Digital & Data is central to their vision: building leading digital healthcare platforms accelerating drug discovery and enhancing patient outcomes through data AI and advanced analytics.
Main responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to build and maintain scalable data pipelines.
- Design and optimize ETL processes in AWS for data transformation ingestion and governance.
- Enable integration of regulatory data into the Knowledge Graph.
- Support ML workflows by providing clean structured data and deploying models into production.
- Ensure compliance with GxP SOX and data privacy standards.
- Contribute to DataOps and MLOps best practices using GitHub CI/CD Airflow and containerized deployments.
Requirements
You are a proactive Data Engineer with experience delivering reliable data pipelines driving automation and supporting analytics and AI initiatives within a highly regulated environment. You are collaborative solutions-focused and committed to data quality governance and security.
Experience & skills:
- Strong background in automation data models and query optimization.
- Experience with compliance and cybersecurity; healthcare industry exposure is a plus.
- Proficient in AWS SQL data warehousing (Snowflake preferred) and Python or R.
- Familiar with GitHub PowerBI/Tableau and monitoring tools (Datadog Splunk).
- Knowledge of real-world healthcare data (EHR Claims) and standards (OMOP FHIR).
- Excellent communication problem solving and team collaboration skills.
Education & languages
- Bachelor s in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Fluent in English and French.
