TBI is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our management and creative teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced creative environment.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills capable of managing office operations scheduling documentation and internal coordination ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure office operations run smoothly.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage correspondence reports and documents.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
- Support HR functions including onboarding attendance tracking and record keeping.
- Assist in coordinating internal communications between departments.
- Track office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Provide administrative support for events workshops and client meetings.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Requirements
- 2 4 years in administrative or office support roles (creative agency experience a plus).
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proficiency in using Zoho applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Additional Requirement: Candidate must have their own laptop.
- Must be a non-smoker (all types).
