Job Summary

MICIT Group - Ocoda Agency is hiring a Sr. SEO Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization strategies and tactics and a track record of successful SEO campaigns. The SEO Senior Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic improve search engine rankings and enhance the overall online presence of our brand.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.

Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Optimize website content including meta tags headers URLs and images for search engine crawlers and users.

Perform technical SEO audits and implement changes to improve site architecture usability and crawl ability.

Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content creation and marketing efforts.

Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs Moz etc.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends algorithm updates and SEO best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Develop and present regular reports on SEO performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including web development design and marketing to implement SEO initiatives.

Manage and optimize local SEO efforts including Google My Business and local citations.

Identify and manage link-building opportunities and strategies.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Information Technology or a related field.

4-5 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of success in driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs Moz Screaming Frog etc.

Experience with website analytics tracking and reporting.

Knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and other web development languages is a MUST.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant SEO certifications is a plus.
