About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is eager to start a career in quality and customer experience. You will support the QA team in monitoring performance collecting customer feedback and ensuring that service standards are consistently met. This role offers valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support in implementing quality standards policies and process manuals under the guidance of the QA team and managers.
- Monitor inbound and outbound calls to evaluate service quality.
- Assist in preparing reports on performance and compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct verification calls with clients to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and organize customer feedback surveys for analysis.
- Participate in training sessions and simulations to build product knowledge and improve evaluation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0 2 years of experience (internships or coursework in QA insurance or customer service roles).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with eagerness to continuously learn QA practices.
- Clear and constructive communication skills with patience and professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling all cases.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office programs.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
