Naqla is looking for a Senior Information Systems Specialist to lead the development enhancement and integration of our core enterprise platforms primarily Oracle and Zoho. This role is central to ensuring our systems scale with the business and remain tightly aligned with operational and strategic needs.
The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams gathering requirements managing change requests and ensuring successful deployment of enhancements and integrations across our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the enhancement and optimization of Oracle and Zoho systems across departments
Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and manage their execution
Oversee the implementation and integration of third-party software into Naqla s core ERP ecosystem
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality system performance
Monitor platform usage and identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation
Ensure system changes are well-documented tested and compliant with internal standards
Provide support and training for internal teams on new features and processes
Maintain clear communication with leadership on system roadmaps priorities and challenges
Requirements
5 years of experience in Information Systems ERP administration or business systems management
Hands-on experience managing or implementing Oracle ERP and Zoho platform modules (e.g. CRM Projects)
Proven ability to gather document and manage business requirements
Strong knowledge of system integration APIs and third-party software deployment
Experience in project management related to enterprise systems or platform roll outs
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to manage stakeholders across departments
