About the Role
Were looking for a Sales Development Representative (B2B) to join our global Sales team. You ll play a key role in driving new business and expanding customer base.
What You ll Do:
- Research and analyze prospect profiles to understand their needs and background
- Reach out to leads via emails calls and social media to spark interest in s solutions
- Qualify leads by identifying key information (budget needs timeline decision-making process
- Book discovery calls and product demos for Sales Executives with qualified prospect
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM and ensure timely task management
- Nurture long-term leads with personalized and consistent follow-up communication
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share feedback and improve conversion rate
- Monitor lead conversion source performance and key sales metrics
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and overall customer experience
- Actively participate in team meetings support colleagues and share insight
- Report regularly to your direct supervisor and follow through on assigned goals and KPIs
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar SDR/Lead Generation/Sales role (ideally in advertising SaaS or digital services)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English Russian or Ukrainian (written and spoken); Estonian is a massive plus
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong research analytical and time management skills
- Goal-oriented mindset and drive to meet and exceed KPIs
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Curiosity about media PR and digital marketing trends
