- At reception you not only ensure that guests are satisfied but also that they are enthusiastic
- You always stay cool - even when all guests arrive at the same time for check-in
- You ensure a smooth flow when welcoming guests to the hotel and clean administrative processes in your shift team
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV ...
- You have completed training in the hotel industry gained professional experience and speak fluent German and English
- You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests
- You also know your way around the city and always have a few tips on the scene at hand
- You not only bring your skills but also your character
- Youre a doer - and openly admit when youve done something wrong
