Job Description
How does your working day look like ...
- Youll support our recruitment process and our onboarding of top talents
- Also on your daily to do list will be administrating all staff documents and cooperating with the external payroll accounting service
- Youll be on hand for all your staff on all People & Culture topics
- Youll coordinate employee events process evaluations and organize personnel files as needed
- Youll stick to agreements even when your schedule and email inbox are full and all your coworkers are in the office at the same time
- Youll help out with various projects at the hotel and step in when extra hands are needed
- Youll always keep track of everything even when everyone calls at once and the phones are ringing off the hook
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV ...
- Youve completed training in the hotel industry gained first experience in HR management at a hotel or catering facility and speak German and English fluently
- Youll bring to the job assertiveness consistency and team spirit so that you can give your colleagues optimum support in staff management
- Youre a doer and even if you do it wrong sometimes you openly admit it
- Youre not just bringing your abilities but also your character
