Job Summary

You will contribute to the preparation of our regulatory reports (including Pillar 1 EU and German statistical reporting Pillar 2 transaction reporting and more)
You will analyze and implement new regulatory requirements ensuring our processes remain fully compliant
You will independently drive the continuous improvement and automation of our processes controls and data quality
Over time you will take ownership of interdisciplinary projects and assume responsibility for regulatory matterssuch as new product processes or expansion into new markets
Depending on your experience you will also lead or participate in additional projects related to regulatory reporting

Qualifications :

You have completed a degree with a focus on finance accounting or law
Experience in a comparable role within the financial services industry is a plus
You are reliable detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills
You enjoy working with large data sets and ideally have some experience with SQL
You work independently and thrive in a dynamic fast-growing environment
You have excellent command of both English and German written and spoken
