- You will contribute to the preparation of our regulatory reports (including Pillar 1 EU and German statistical reporting Pillar 2 transaction reporting and more)
- You will analyze and implement new regulatory requirements ensuring our processes remain fully compliant
- You will independently drive the continuous improvement and automation of our processes controls and data quality
- Over time you will take ownership of interdisciplinary projects and assume responsibility for regulatory matterssuch as new product processes or expansion into new markets
- Depending on your experience you will also lead or participate in additional projects related to regulatory reporting
Qualifications :
- You have completed a degree with a focus on finance accounting or law
- Experience in a comparable role within the financial services industry is a plus
- You are reliable detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills
- You enjoy working with large data sets and ideally have some experience with SQL
- You work independently and thrive in a dynamic fast-growing environment
- You have excellent command of both English and German written and spoken
