Job Summary

Support Assortment Optimization
- Assist in analyzing product performance and customer preferences to ensure our shelves are filled with the most relevant in-demand items.
- Contribute to regular assortment reviews by analyzing internal sales data and competitor offerings.
Contribute to Pricing Strategy Execution
- Help monitor price competitiveness across our categories and markets.
- Work with pricing tools and dashboards to ensure price accuracy and alignment with strategy.
Dive into Commercial Performance Insights
- Assist in uncovering trends in product performance customer behavior and pricing impact across different categories and markets.
- Translate raw data into clear actionable insights.
Assist in Strategic Projects
- Be involved in ongoing initiatives aimed at improving margins and enhancing overall commercial performance.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work with different stakeholders in the company to align on commercial strategies.

Qualifications :

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Economics Data Science or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL Python data visualization tools (e.g. Looker) is a big plus.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken); German or Dutch is a plus.
Enthusiasm for the food/grocery industry and e-commerce.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
A proactive mindset attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
