Job Description
Support Assortment Optimization
Assist in analyzing product performance and customer preferences to ensure our shelves are filled with the most relevant in-demand items.
Contribute to regular assortment reviews by analyzing internal sales data and competitor offerings.
Contribute to Pricing Strategy Execution
Help monitor price competitiveness across our categories and markets.
Work with pricing tools and dashboards to ensure price accuracy and alignment with strategy.
Dive into Commercial Performance Insights
Assist in uncovering trends in product performance customer behavior and pricing impact across different categories and markets.
Translate raw data into clear actionable insights.
Assist in Strategic Projects
Be involved in ongoing initiatives aimed at improving margins and enhancing overall commercial performance.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work with different stakeholders in the company to align on commercial strategies.
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Economics Data Science or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL Python data visualization tools (e.g. Looker) is a big plus.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); German or Dutch is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for the food/grocery industry and e-commerce.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- A proactive mindset attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
