- Senior Manager /Leadership role to leading Controlling Business Partners (Product Control) towards RBCD Value Streams
- Support Management Team to Deploy / Tracking Business target to ensure overall Product Gross Margin EBIT Achievement and Company level Target fulfillment
- Ensuring in each function Commercial KPIs are established measured and achieved and driving the monthly Product P&L review
- Resp. For with Business case analysis and detailed return on investment for strategic programs and Capital investment tracking over diff. milestones.
- Cross-functional communication and follow-up from controlling perspectives.
- Monthly financial dashboard and analysis to support business / Product review meeting.
- Research & identify cost saving opportunities for the business owning and advising to the local GMs and Regional finance via clear tangible progress reports.
- Taking the lead in plant annual budget exercise and monthly rolling forecast provide meaningful monthly budget/forecast/PPC variance analysis and corrective actions.
- Follow / tracking Product Target Costing & Should-Cost With Measures in a closed loop way.
Process Optimization and Efficiency Improvement:
- Be resp. for overall team compt. Build up Standardize Key Processes Digitalization and Realize Team Efficiency Improvement 10% Per year.
Qualifications :
Qualifications Requirement
- Bachelor or above in Accounting Finance or Business related
- Strong product cost understanding & analytical thinking ability interpret data and draw conclusions
- Strong customer focus good communication/coordination/presentation skill with all levels of stakeholders
- Self-motivated handle stress and demands with the ability to prioritize
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Advanced skills in Excel Word PowerPoints
Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
- >5 years management experience in controlling
- Plant experience in manufacturing company desired cross-function working experience is preferred
- Transformational Leadership skills
- Agility in changing environment result & customer oriented
- Strong Business Acumen (e.g. strategic Thinking)
- Good at Story-telling & Presentation
