Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Warehouse Repack Associate to join our dynamic this role you will be responsible for repacking and organizing products ensuring quality control and preparing items for shipment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable lifting heavy loads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repack and organize products to ensure safe and efficient storage and shipment.
- Verify products and quantities against order specifications.
- Label and tag products appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and updates.
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
- Lift and move heavy products (up to specific weight e.g. 50 pounds) regularly.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if trained and certified).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to specific weight e.g. 50 pounds) and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced physically demanding environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand walk bend and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to specific weight pounds frequently throughout the day.
- Use of warehouse equipment and tools if required.
