• Fournir des mises jour rgulires sur la veille du march et des tableaux de bord mettant en vidence les tendances cls les opportunits et les risques.
• Diriger le dveloppement de mesures et doutils pour valuer les priorits daffaires.
• Analyser les donnes du march et des concurrents pour dcouvrir des informations et les aligner avec les indicateurs de performance internes.
• Crer et prsenter des rapports et recommandations de niveau excutif influenant les dcisions stratgiques.
• Raliser des valuations concurrentielles approfondies et des rapports de march en communiquant clairement les implications aux parties prenantes.
• Construire et maintenir des rseaux dintelligence et une bibliothque centralise dinformations sur le march.
• Synthtiser les informations provenant de multiples sources tendances du march donnes internes et changements lgislatifs pour soutenir la prise de dcision.
• Diriger des projets spciaux axs sur lanalyse dtaille du march et linnovation en matire de veille stratgique.
• Soutenir la planification stratgique y compris la budgtisation et les cycles de planification long terme.
• Rpondre aux demandes internes et fournir des conseils sur linterprtation des donnes de march.

• Solides comptences en recherche et en analyse avec la capacit de gnrer et tester des hypothses.
• Capacit dmontre crer des rcits convaincants et livrer des prsentations axes sur lhistoire.
• Comptence traduire des donnes complexes en contenus visuels clairs et percutants.
• Excellentes comptences en communication en anglais et en franais avec la capacit dinteragir tous les niveaux de gestion.
• Matrise des outils Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) et des plateformes danalyse telles que Power BI ou SQL.
• Esprit collaboratif et capacit tablir de solides partenariats interfonctionnels.

Exigences minimales

• Diplme ou quivalent et ncessite gnralement plus de 7 ans dexprience pertinente.

Comptences et expriences souhaitables

• Exprience dans le secteur de la sant en particulier sur le march canadien.
• Exprience en consultation stratgie marketing ou veille stratgique.
• Connaissance des ensembles de donnes IQVIA et des mthodologies de planification stratgique.
• MBA ou diplme suprieur est un atout.
• Exprience des meilleures pratiques en matire de veille concurrentielle et de recherche de march.

What Youll Do

• Deliver regular market intelligence updates and dashboards to highlight key trends opportunities and risks.
• Lead the development of metrics and tools to evaluate business priorities.
• Analyze market and competitor data to uncover insights and align them with internal performance metrics.
• Create and present executive-level reports and recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
• Conduct in-depth competitive assessments and market reports clearly communicating implications to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain intelligence networks and a centralized market information library.
• Synthesize insights from multiple sourcesmarket trends internal data and legislative changesto support decision-making.
• Lead special projects focused on detailed market analysis and intelligence innovation.
• Support strategic planning including budgeting and long-range planning cycles.
• Respond to internal queries and provide guidance on market data interpretation.

What You Bring

• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to generate and test hypotheses.
• Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver story-driven presentations.
• Skilled in translating complex data into clear impactful visuals.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and French with the ability to engage across all management levels.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7 years of relevant experience.

Preferable Skills & Experience

• Experience in the healthcare sector particularly within the Canadian market.
• Background in consulting marketing strategy or business intelligence.
• Familiarity with IQVIA data sets and strategic planning methodologies.
• MBA or advanced degree is an asset.
• Experience in competitive intelligence and market research best practices.
