As a Spa Therapist you will deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing professional high-quality spa treatments and services to guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Spa Treatments: Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages facials and body treatments customized to meet individual guest needs.
• Maintain Professional Standards: Uphold cleanliness organization and sanitation standards within treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly professional manner providing product recommendations and answering any questions to enhance their spa experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about spa products and techniques actively recommending appropriate items to guests to support their wellness journey.
• Inventory Management: Monitor supplies and communicate replenishment needs to ensure treatment rooms are always stocked.
• Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow all health and safety regulations especially concerning skin sensitivities and contraindications to ensure safe treatments.

Qualifications :

• Education: Certificate or diploma in Spa Therapy Massage Therapy or a related field is required.
• Experience: Prior experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury resort or hotel setting is preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in various massage techniques facials and spa therapies; strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Customer Service Orientation: Excellent interpersonal skills ensuring a warm and professional guest interaction.
• Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to Detail: High level of detail-oriented skills to ensure guest satisfaction and high treatment standards.
