Design implement and maintain efficient supply chain strategies tailored to Belgian and EU markets.
Oversee procurement supplier negotiations and vendor relationship management.
Optimize inventory control processes to balance cost availability and risk.
Monitor logistics performance and coordinate transportation solutions across Belgium and international markets.
Implement KPIs reporting tools and performance tracking to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Belgian and EU trade regulations customs requirements and sustainability standards.
Lead process improvement initiatives leveraging digital tools and ERP systems.
Collaborate with sales operations and finance teams to forecast demand and align supply chain capacity.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field.
5 years of proven experience in supply chain management preferably in a multinational or Belgian-based environment.
Strong knowledge of Belgian and EU logistics regulations and customs procedures.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in Dutch and/or French with good English proficiency.
