About the Role
As a bartender at Sanctum HQ youll create and serve outstanding hot and cold beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic in a vibrant fast-paced setting. You will engage guests thoughtfully and professionally ensuring every interaction is memorable.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve drinks to high standards including classic cocktails specialty coffees and curated non-alcoholic options.
Deliver excellent service establishing genuine rapport with guests and making every visit special.
Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to create seamless elevated experiences.
Maintain discretion and professionalism especially when serving high-profile or VIP guests.
Assist with bar setup stock management and compliance with health and safety standards.
Work collaboratively as a valued member of the team.
About You
Experience as a bartender in premium hospitality or events environments.
Comprehensive beverage knowledgecocktails spirits wines beer and non-alcoholic offerings.
Confident communicator with a talent for guest engagement.
Proactive reliable and discreet in all interactions.
RSA certification and availability for evening weekend and public holiday shifts.
Valid work rights in Australia.
