- Warmly greeting patients and providing them with a stellar first impression of 1300SMILES Chinchilla.
- Process payments manage appointments and maintain patient records accurately and efficiently.
- Offering support and information to our patients ensuring they feel informed and at ease.
- Working closely with our dental professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Contributing to the positive and inclusive culture at our practice.
Qualifications :
- Friendly and approachable with strong communication and organisational skills able to multitask while ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for
- Collaborative team player who contributes positively to the workplace and supports colleagues
- Enthusiastic about learning professional growth and embracing new challenges in a supportive environment
- Previous experience in reception or customer service is a plus but a positive attitude and willingness to make a difference are what really count
