What you will be doing:
- To assist the kitchen team in ensuring that all kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- To utilise food-handling techniques which are in line with current Health and Hygiene regulations
- This position involves food preparation and presentation with flair for breakfast lunch and dinner for A la Carte room service.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation standards.
- Demonstrate commitment to customer service for internal and external customers.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery qualified preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge and practice of food hygiene standards
- Flexible availability to work a range of shifts and days.
- Ability to effectively time manage large volume workload to meet deadlines and work well under pressure situations.
- A flexible and resilient approach to challenges
- Ability to work independently.
