Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our agile delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments excels at translating business needs into technical solutions and is passionate about driving process improvements through collaborative design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Collaboration: Work within Agile/Scrum teams to support iterative delivery of business solutions.
- Requirement Gathering & Translation: Engage with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and translate them into clear actionable technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product owners developers testers and business users to ensure alignment and shared understanding of goals.
- User Story Development: Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog ensuring stories are well-defined and aligned with business value.
- Design Documentation: Create and maintain design documents including process flows data mappings and integration specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and update business processes to support digital transformation and operational efficiency.
- Review & Sign-Off: Facilitate design reviews and secure stakeholder approval on documentation and proposed changes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum SAFe etc.)
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management across business and technical teams
- Proficiency in writing user stories and managing backlogs
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps Jira Confluence
- Skilled in creating and reviewing design documentation and process maps
- Excellent communication and facilitation skill
