Join our dynamic team as a Network Calibration Analyst and help shape the future of our network and scheduling systems. Youll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of our Network & Scheduling (N&S) systems. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements calibrate systems and identify optimisation opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:
- Capture and manage both functional and technical requirements for Network & Scheduling (N&S) systems.
- Maintain system calibration configuration and conduct testing for new software releases.
- Provide end-user training and support across Commercial and Operations teams.
- Conduct data analysis and develop visualisations using tools such as Power BI.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform system health-checks during upgrades.
- Identify and model network optimisation initiatives using Amadeus SkySuite.
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and track implementation outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong skills in MS Excel PowerPoint and Power BI for analysis and reporting.
- Possess a solid understanding of low-cost aviation Jetstar Airways network and scheduling fundamentals.
- Exhibit strong communication stakeholder engagement and project management abilities with the flexibility to work across cultures.
