Job Summary
As a Retail Team Member you will have the opportunity to create support and contribute to a high performance culture ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store including:
- Helping across a number of areas within out stores from customer facing to our back of house
- Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre during and post the sale
- Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor
- Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store following store receiving processes
Qualifications :
- You have a passion for home entertainment music movies technology appliances and/or games
- Enthusiastic passionate and highly motivated
- Customer focus and result driven
- You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
