With an international clientele and strong seasonal demand the restaurant offers a dynamic working environment where chefs can gain valuable experience and grow within the team.
What you will do:
Requirements
- Junior-level culinary professional ideally with exposure to sushi or Asian cuisine
- Strong basic skills: knife handling presentation and hygiene practices
- Team player with a flexible and proactive attitude
- Enthusiastic to learn and develop under the guidance of an experienced sushi chef
- Previous sushi or Asian cuisine experience is an advantage but not essential

Salary:per month ( x 14 months payment ) Annual Netto income after tax: 28000 EUR

Working Conditions Standard: 6-day work week 45 hours
Seasonal Structure: Winter team: 7 cooks (3 Sushi 3 Hot 1 Jumper) 1 2 Dishwashers
Summer team: 3 cooks (2 Sushi 1 Hot)
Annual leave: 7 10 days in October During quieter months (October/November)
a 5-day work week may be introduced depending on business levels
