Job Description
This is an on site job.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope cost schedule risk and quality.
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day execution of complex engineering and industrial projects.
- Monitor contractor deliverables progress performance and adherence to project baselines.
- Chair project meetings prepare progress reports and escalate key issues for client decision.
- Drive the risk issue and change management processes ensuring proactive mitigation and structured decision-making.
- Coordinate interfaces across engineering procurement construction commissioning and operations teams.
- Ensure proper implementation of project controls reporting and governance structures.
- Manage stakeholder engagement: act as focal point for communication with contractors suppliers regulators and client executives.
- Support budget tracking and reporting providing early warnings on deviations and risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality regulatory and ethical standards across all phases of the project.
- Promote continuous improvement innovation and application of lessons learned to optimize project delivery.
Qualifications :
- Mandatory: University degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in project management within major infrastructure energy or industrial projects.
- Experience in nuclear reactor projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in industrial processes or similar complex industrial facilities.
- Strong leadership organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
