Job Description
Electrospinning Production Operator
Pay: $17/hour
Location: Claremore OK
Shift: Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Electrospinning Production Operator to join our growing textile manufacturing team in Claremore. The Electrospinning Production Operator will be responsible for managing production processes ensuring quality control and operating specialized equipment within a dynamic and expanding industry.
Required Experience & Skills
- Background in textile manufacturing and/or converting preferred
- Experience in web path handling and tension control
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes
- Strong focus on safety and quality standards
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 51 lbs (assistance provided for 102 lbs)
- Comfortable with standing/walking 90% of the day
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily production in an electrospinning textile environment
- Operate and maintain specialized production equipment
- Monitor and adjust web path tension and control to meet standards
- Follow and uphold quality control measures for product consistency
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and company policies as an Electrospinning Production Operator
Preferred Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; additional technical training a plus
