Tasks
- Assist in recruiting top talent by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Support the team in developing innovative staffing solutions for our clients.
- Help maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance our recruiting processes and improve efficiency.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative strategies for attracting diverse candidates.
Requirements
- Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment with 1-10 employees.
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse clients and candidates.
