DescriptionAn experienced quality consulting professional who has an understanding of quality and performance management framework design and management. Operates both independently and within a teamto provide quality work products and consultation to both internal and external stakeholders. Performs varied and complex duties and problem solving/remediationtasks that need independent judgment in order to help implement a holistic Quality Management Systemto meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology company procedures and leading industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Operate independently and within team to provide quality work products and consultation.
- Perform varied and complex problem-solving tasks for performance remediation
- Implement a quality management framework by creating performance management metrics establishing thresholds
- Analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends root causes of issues and areas for improvement.
- Lead performance remediation efforts as needed.
- Create document and improve quality and business processes
- Lead and/or perform process/contract audits and establishing quality assurance controls
- Provide effective quality consultation across the organization fostering a culture of quality and ensuring quality is integrated all aspects of the project lifecycle
- Provide guidance to junior quality staff as needed and act as team lead on projects as assigned
- Demonstrate consistency in championing and implementing a holistic Quality Management System with traceable and measurable outcomes
- Demonstrate expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements
- Effectively engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
- Effectively consult with management to ensure customer needs are prioritized and appropriately adjudicated
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in quality management to ensure our quality management framework remains relevant
ResponsibilitiesSkills and Qualifications:
- Experience:5-7 years of experience in quality management quality assurance or a related field
- Leadership:Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders interactions.
- Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze data identify trends and perform root cause analysis.
- Problem-Solving:Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies
- Project Management:Strong project management skills to manage quality initiatives effectively.
- Education: A bachelors degree in related field/discipline required advanced degree preferred
- Professional Certification:ASQ or ISO certification required

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
