About the Role

As an Installer with Closet America youll bring beauty organization and joy to customers homes through precision-built closet systems. Well train you the right waythrough hands-on and classroom instructionso you can grow quickly from Helper to full Installer. If youre a problem solver who takes pride in great work we want to hear from you.

In this role you will:

• Start each day with a pre-check of your van and materials

• Install custom organization systems in customer homes

• Follow Closet Americas proven processes and quality standards

• Work safely and neatly protecting customers homes

• Communicate with the team and customers throughout the day

• Clean up and review the finished product with the homeowner

• Complete final paperwork and collect payment as needed

Key Qualifications

• Valid drivers license required

• Woodworking or finish carpentry experience preferred

• Ability to interpret design drawings and recognize parts and assemblies

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions

• Strong attention to detailable to measure and install to the millimeter

• Organized systematic and professional in appearance and conduct

• Willing to work at least 2 weekends per month

• Coachable and open to feedback and continuous improvement

• Full-time position based in Philadelphia PA
