As a Polish-Speaking Customer Support Agent you will help ensure a safe and engaging online environment by reviewing and moderating digital content across social media and other platforms. Youll apply content policies to maintain standards around appropriateness safety and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email in both Polish and English.
  • Provide accurate information resolve issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain clear consistent and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document interactions and update records to support smooth follow-up and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish and English (C1 for each)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply policies.
  • Willingness to move to Thessaloniki and work on-site
  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts and on weekends (day late shifts no night shifts)
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced dynamic environment.
